Unleashed. As happens, one thing leads to another. A fiend I admire shared another Substack. Channels of open speech are unbounded in the stream of stacks. Recently I wrote about my love and belief in dragons. Yep, this third-trimester adult (over 60) holds to the fantasy of dragon symbology: power, wisdom, strength and intuitive knowing, especially in the midst of chaos and uncertainty.
My experiences of living through a career within large corporations followed by a career of change management and the entry of executive coaching in the early ‘90s, showed me how self-organizing systems can enliven a new story in the world of work.
My focus in the precarious world of today is calling me to take a Powerful Forward Leap, a Challenging new start with those dissatisfied yet longing for hope humans ready and willing to prepare to launch a revolutionary vision. A leap year possibility. Not only are the tenants of self-organization useful in work, the underlying elemental truths, also apply in the dimension of community. Yes, dimensions of truth.
Living in a smallish village/town in the Texas hill country valley, I am sensing movement towards a shared vision relating to water. Yes, as Mother Nature is showing the world that the natural world has a winning formula for life connected “as above, so below’, our community gathered on a Friday night to learn about the underground connectivity of our water supply facing multiple lawsuits. The facts and science of amateur humans making decisions with long-term consequences. We engaged in some truth-busting that opened more minds.
Prompted by drought, an over-extended and over-heated summer with restrictions on water, we are beginning to see the valley in its broader scope. The idea of One Valley is stimulating the heartbeat of healing as opposed to a dooming heart attack. A different thought follows that we are connected by One Water instead of neighborhoods clashing over water rights. A thread of hope is spreading that WE as One Valley with One Water can begin to BE the Many over the Money. A mega-giant corporation assumes they are the saving force for our rural community between Austin and San Antonio, but they have not seen us as a collective force for change. The many and the money (demonstrated by greed) is about to have a face-off.
The underground Water Dragon is surfacing as a way shower. Humans are water (99% molecularly), water is life, and life is evolving toward health, restoration and reclamation. Ley lines are shifting around the globe. Imaginative dragons (Imagine Dragons) are illustrative if we let our personal imaginations and collective visions wake up.
